Lift designed to be able to do the refurbishment or renovation of a house accessibility, with minimum pit precise. It does not require a standard room machine, but the machinery is placed in the hoist and the control of the lift is outside next to the last floor door.
The lift is designed with single-phase motor gearless of permanent magnets, being plugged as a household appliance to 230 V. It gives the lift a comfort in the starting and landing.
Lift built in compliance to the rule Guidelines of Lifts 2014/33/UE and following the building standards and safety EN 81-20, EN 81-21, EN 81-70.
