The finishes of both the tower and the access walkways can be closed in any type of material, whether brick, glass, sandwich panel, etc. in order to match the aesthetics of the new facility to the existing building.
We offer our clients a “turnkey” service, as well as all the advice and documentation related to the work.
Plant
Stop
Solution consisting of a metal support structure for the lift and a set of metal stairs, walkways and landing platforms. It is designed so that the elevator stops at the same floor level as the doors of the dwellings.
Its installation requires the modification and partial or total demolition of the building’s interior staircase. Ascensores Excelsior is in charge of the complete installation of the elevator and the new staircase.
The finishes of the exterior areas of the building and of the elevator structure can be done in any type of material (glass, exposed brick or single-layer cement coating, sandwich, etc.), thus achieving a homogeneous view of the building.

Solution without demolition of stairs. It represents an installation consisting of a metal support structure for the lift, accompanied by a metal walkway that directly accesses the building.

Among the stops on the ground floor, the solution with the least invasion of spaces outside the building. As in the previous ones, with state-of-the-art lifts and maximum energy efficiency.
