Solution made of a metallic structure of support for the lift and a set of escalators, platforms and landing areas. It is oriented to get the lift stop at the same level of the landing floor of the flats.
The modification and partial or total demolition of the inside stairs in the lift is required for its installation. Ascensores Excelsior runs the whole work of installation of the lift and the new stairs.
The finishes of the exterior areas to the lift and the lift structure can be made in any type of material (glass, brick or covered with single-layer cement , sandwich, etc), to get the building homogeneous.
