Own factory
Most of the manufacturing of Excelsior Elevators takes place in our factory in Yeles, located in Toledo.
It has a Show Room where you can visit, see and try our products.
Ascensores Excelsior designs and produces all the elevator components. This makes it possible for us to manufacture elevators of any size and taking into account any requirement that may be demanded of us.
We have our own factory with an area of more than 20,000 m², with the following departments and main areas, among others:

- The laser cutting machine offers high quality cutting of steel boards, making clean cuts and with the possibility of rounded cuts.
- Punching machine, performs by means of continuous perforations of the sheet a cut of this, although the cut finish is not so precise, it is used for steel decorated with PVC, where the heat of laser cutting can damage.
- The chassis department assembles all the chassis models marketed by Ascensores Excelsior, checking that all elements fit perfectly.
- The cabs department assembles the cab’s panels with the floor and ceiling, checking that the decoration corresponds to the one chosen by the clientele and that all its elements fit perfectly and flawlessly.
- The hydraulics department assembles the hydraulic power units of the elevators according to the specifications of each model. Subsequently, load and operation tests are carried out on all its elements, issuing a certificate of the suitability of the operation, in case a deficiency is observed, it is replaced.
- The R+D+i department works aligning market requirements, regulatory requirements and the quality of raw materials in order to be able to offer quality elevators.
- Both the mechanical part and the electronic part, carry out the works of new models to offer to the market and before offering them, this department has been in charge of carrying out the different tests of behavior and security.
