Machine roomless electric lift with 1:1 traction system
prepared for pits and small shaft lengths.
Electric lift for vertical transport with cabin and counterweight. It works by adhering to the traction pulley and the machine can be at the top or bottom of the shaft. They are mounted in closed building shafts or in metallic structures.
Adaptable for reduced spaces, even where it is not possible to use the standard measures for pits and shafts with minimum heights.
This lift is designed to achieve maximum shaft space. Driven by a single-phase motor, it can be plugged into a 230 V. domestic mains supply, with a consumption similar to that of a domestic appliance.
Its electric traction machinery, gearless type, does not take up additional space because it is integrated in the lift shaft itself, being located in the manoeuvring room on the top floor next to the lift door.
It needs a minimum safety pit, which makes it perfect for use in private homes and in places where it is not possible to build a regulatory pit. Ideal for use in 90º and 180º accesses, as its 1:1 traction allows this type of configuration.
According to the regulations, it is a lift built under the Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU and in compliance with the construction and safety standards EN 81-20, EN 81-21, EN 81-70.
