Technical characteristics
- Vertical transport of loads and goods at defined stopping levels.
- Hydraulic lifting with indirect action 2:1 or 4:1 depending on the travel or heights.
- Nominal speed between 0.10 and 0.20 m/sec.
- Maximum height up to 12m.
- Three types of terminations according to needs: lateral protection railings, closed cabin or cabin without roof (only walls).
- Control button panel on each floor.
- Optionally, they can be designed for accompanied cargo (people), with a push button panel inside the cabin.
- Semi-automatic or automatic doors, even with remote control for greater convenience of use by mechanical means.
- Finished in lacquered paint for greater resistance in the areas of friction and use.
Safety systems
- Rated load never exceeded by the sum of the weight of the handling equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts, etc.) plus the load or goods to be lifted.
- Maximum load ratio for safety between the floor of the elevator and the maximum load of approximately 200 kg/m2.
- Minimum height of the sides of 1.10m, both in railings and in open walls without ceiling.
- Parking on the floor without steps and with load safety by means of an anti-drift device.
- Designed to avoid unexpected falls of the load, hooking to the shaft or entrapment during loading or unloading.
- Re-leveling with door open.
- Safety limit switches to control stops.
- Priority times for floor pushbutton panels, which prevents unplanned calls in the seconds after the platform arrives on the floor.
