The maintenance activity of your elevator is guaranteed through our different services.

  • Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We guarantee our customers the maintenance of their elevator through the following services:

  • Normal, special or all-risk maintenance

Our customers are free to choose the type of maintenance contracting for their elevator, offering in any of them the best guarantees thanks to our own manufactured products.

  • All risk maintenance

The All-Risk Maintenance modality, in addition to the services included in the Normal Maintenance modality, includes repairs or replacements as appropriate at the discretion of the Maintenance Company.

  • Breakdown and rescue service 24 hours a day.

We have the most advanced technology in switchboards (Call-Center), with a call answering capacity for incidents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as highly qualified administrative and technical staff to provide uninterrupted service.

All this is managed by means of an exhaustive record and follow-up of incident control.

Our switchboard automatically and immediately identifies the geographical location of the clientele and the file with the technical data of the installation that has executed the call.

  • Monitoring service of the bidirectional booth system

Ascensores Excelsior has developed and implemented its own technology for monitoring the status of the communication line with the elevator cabs, by means of modern bidirectional equipment of its own manufacture.

This equipment is programmed according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Industry (EN 81-28:2020) for communication with the elevator, which calls our switchboard every 3 days, reporting the status of the telephone line.

In this way, from our Call-Center we maintain constant communication with the elevator cabin.

  • Periodic preventive inspections

he Inspections Department plans the processing of installation files for the regulatory periodic inspections and their follow-up.

Excelsior guarantees advice to customers on this activity with all the detailed information on the works and processes, so that their elevator is kept in accordance with the correct regulations that guarantee its proper operation.
