The objective of the export department is to build a solid network of partners and collaborators around the world to promote and manage our products for which the demand requests are more and more frequent every day and thus increase brand awareness outside Spain.

We have a solid export department dedicated to expansion outside Spain’s borders. This department contributes to make Excelsior an increasingly well-known and prestigious brand in the different international markets, by means of building an extensive network of partners and collaborators and promoting products outside Spain, as well as our own delegations and international offices.
We are currently working with many countries such as Peru, Colombia and Algeria where we have our own commercial office, and in countries such as the United States, Equatorial Guinea, Malta, Costa Rica, Arab Emirates, Egypt, Palestine, England, Venezuela, among others where we offer our products through exclusive distributors of our brand.
The fact that we manufacture most of our products in our own factory, makes it feasible for us to provide service to all countries and to be able to adapt to the rules by manufacturing each product according to the needs of the corresponding market, complying with all the specific rules and regulations of each country, as well as the delivery times. This makes us very flexible when it comes to manufacturing and meeting the requirements of our customers and distributors.

It should be pointed out that outside our borders, commercially speaking, we operate as Ascensores Excelsior for Spanish-speaking countries, Ascenseurs Excelsior for French-speaking countries and Excelsior Group for the rest of the countries.
Our trajectory and potential make us a benchmark in the elevation sector in our domestic market. To this end, we have created a specific department that will focus its efforts on the expansion of our business to new markets and international development.
We are continuously working with our partners in different countries to create a strong presence of the Excelsior brand in their respective markets.
Our ultimate goal remains the same, the full satisfaction of all clientele, as well as doing business with each partner we collaborate with and ultimately deliver a stimulating experience for each person.
Exhaustive checking and testing
of the material to be shipped
It is important to mention that all manufactured products are thoroughly tested beforehand by our final testing department, thus making sure that the product to be shipped leaves with quality labeling and its corresponding performance tests.
Finally, it is important to emphasize that our shipping department, in compliance with ISPM-15 regulations, carefully ensures that all manufactured materials are previously packed in cardboard and then packed in turn in a phytosanitary wooden box.
Once the packaging is introduced into the containers, the transport is reinforced with safety airbags and anti-displacement straps, which prevent the material from moving inside the container, as well as stainless steel anti-corrosion safety hangers, which ensure that the material is protected against temperature adversities during transport with temperature variations.
Ascensores Excelsior
Peru
Excelsior starts in 2017 its activity in Peru (Lima) with a premises of more than 500 m2 and a novel and striking concept in the market, such as its Showroom Office. In it you can visit and test various cabins, engines, structures and doors, so that our customers can see in situ its operation and our high quality of manufacture.
We currently have more than 50 projects already completed throughout Peru.
The entire team that makes up Ascensores Excelsior Peru is made up of highly qualified staff (salespeople, assemblers, administration and maintenance and repair personnel) with extensive experience in the sector. All this allows our commitment to our customers to be based on the fulfillment of the agreed deadlines as well as the quality of the installation and material manufactured 100% in Spain.
Excelsior is in charge of your import process all the way to the delivery of the “turnkey” installation.
